In 1989, in the back of our former Sierra Madre, California restaurant, we began producing wrapped sandwiches for a local small grocery store chain. Over time, the product line increased to include restaurant quality composed salads. In 1999, we incorporated under the name Green Cuisine and moved our operation to a 7,000 square foot facility in San Fernando, California. Over 6 years, production had more than quadrupled and in November 2005, we relocated to our current 18,000 square foot facility, also in San Fernando.
